PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (IT BASED)

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the product and business-planning process across-functional teams of the company

  • Analyze user/clients needs and current market trends

  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved

  • Develop, implement, and maintain product roadmaps

  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to market plans

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a product manager or relevant roles on consumer product teams, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products

  • Prior experience working on B2C products is a big plus

  • Analytical and data-informed, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project. SQL skills are important

  • You know how to work with agile product development teams and are excited about identifying new ways to help your team be effective

  • You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best

  • You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicator

  • Prior experience in working with marketplaces or food delivery is a great plus

  • Experience as a product manager working with distributed teams is highly desired

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to system architecture and design

  • Debug non-trivial application code

  • Write clear, concise source-code documentation, unit and integration test

  • Think beyond code to architecture and user experience

  • Communicate and coordinate within a team

  • Build feature and systems

  • Solve technical problems

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in a similar role in leading teams

  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Extensive experience in Javascript and Python

  • Extensive experience in developing with ReactNative

  • Experience, but not essential in all, in using tools and framework of the following:

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE STAFF

Responsibilities: 

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned

  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Requirements: 

  • Have experience at public accountants firm and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software

DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL and R/Python and present relevant findings to business stakeholders to drive business and strategic decisions

  • Dive deep into analysis to identify data quality and coverage issues and support business decisions by our Product and Operations teams

  • Perform advanced analytics when needed (such as building machine learning models using R/Python or data web apps using various tools)

Requirements: 

  • Strong technical experience for data analytics/handling solutions such as R, Python, SAS, SQL.

  • Experience in building models and related advanced analyses such as classification, regression, clustering, etc.

  • Experience with data harmonization, normalization, aggregation, allocation, etc.

  • Explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to drive decision making, and translate business objectives into actionable analyses.

CONTENT SOURCING

Responsibilities: 

  • Research industry-related topics

  • Come up with fresh ideas, concepts, plan, execute engaging and attractive audio-visual content

  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

  • Implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand identities to engage customers

Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role

  • Portfolio of published articles (if any)

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

  • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

ADMIN STAFF

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a filing system for data (physical and digital)

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations

  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Administrator

  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines

  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures

  • Strong in organizing, familiar with Ms. Office

  • Diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: 

  • Support and manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve the target of growing consumers base and maintaining consumers' loyalty

  • Collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media, etc.) to prepare content for campaign requirements and optimize the user experience

  • Provide insights and analysis around campaigns & content

  • Create weekly Report of business performance, evaluation campaign, and next action item and report to Marketing Lead

Requirements: 

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, and Marketing

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

  • Good in written and spoken English

SECRETARY

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepares routine correspondence and memorandums.

  • Diary management, scheduling of meetings and appointments.

  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for business trips.

  • Takes and prepares minutes of meetings and calendars

  • Distribute reports and mails.

  • Prepares presentations, documents as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years experience as Secretary

  • Excellent organization/administrative skills

  • Excellent in English (written and verbal)

  • Dedicated, responsible, initiative, trustworthy and reliable

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of information

  • Minimal Diploma degree

SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: 

  • Consistent track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Make reports & monitor the sales results of the company's products

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experiences in relevant fields of sales

  • Have a deep interest in sales knowledge and the digital/ media industry

  • Excellent communication skills & fluency in English, both oral and written

  • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques and passion for sales

SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by developing market penetration plans, planning sales strategies, and supporting the effort to close orders

  • Develop sales objectives/key goals with respective staff in the team and provide guidance and support to drive product sales.

  • Responsible for coaching others within the sales organization on product applications and sales techniques.

  • Able to lead a team of sales personnel and to assist sales personnel to negotiate and close orders, so as to enable them to achieve targets.

  • Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team

  • Exceptional communication skills; in both English and Indonesian

  • Ability to work in an environment with high self-motivated
