  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned

  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings


  • Have experience at public accountants firm and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software



  • Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL and R/Python and present relevant findings to business stakeholders to drive business and strategic decisions

  • Dive deep into analysis to identify data quality and coverage issues and support business decisions by our Product and Operations teams

  • Perform advanced analytics when needed (such as building machine learning models using R/Python or data web apps using various tools)


  • Strong technical experience for data analytics/handling solutions such as R, Python, SAS, SQL.

  • Experience in building models and related advanced analyses such as classification, regression, clustering, etc.

  • Experience with data harmonization, normalization, aggregation, allocation, etc.

  • Explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to drive decision making, and translate business objectives into actionable analyses.



  • Research industry-related topics

  • Come up with fresh ideas, concepts, plan, execute engaging and attractive audio-visual content

  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role

  • Portfolio of published articles (if any)

  • Maintain a filing system for data (physical and digital)

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations

  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed


  • Proven experience as an Administrator

  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines

  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures

  • Strong in organizing, familiar with Ms. Office

  • Diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator



  • Support and manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve the target of growing consumers base and maintaining consumers' loyalty

  • Collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media, etc.) to prepare content for campaign requirements and optimize the user experience

  • Provide insights and analysis around campaigns & content

  • Create weekly Report of business performance, evaluation campaign, and next action item and report to Marketing Lead


  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, and Marketing

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

  • 1-2 years experience as Secretary

  • Excellent organization/administrative skills

  • Minimal Diploma degree



  • Consistent track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving
