  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by developing market penetration plans, planning sales strategies, and supporting the effort to close orders

  • Develop sales objectives/key goals with respective staff in the team and provide guidance and support to drive product sales.

  • Responsible for coaching others within the sales organization on product applications and sales techniques.

  • Able to lead a team of sales personnel and to assist sales personnel to negotiate and close orders, so as to enable them to achieve targets.

  • Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions.


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team

  • Exceptional communication skills; in both English and Indonesian

  • Ability to work in an environment with high self-motivated
