Achieve sales targets and objectives by developing market penetration plans, planning sales strategies, and supporting the effort to close orders
Develop sales objectives/key goals with respective staff in the team and provide guidance and support to drive product sales.
Responsible for coaching others within the sales organization on product applications and sales techniques.
Able to lead a team of sales personnel and to assist sales personnel to negotiate and close orders, so as to enable them to achieve targets.
Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
Exceptional communication skills; in both English and Indonesian
Ability to work in an environment with high self-motivated
